Jon Stancer : Creative Director / Designer

An artist at heart, Jon discovered his talent and penchant for all things creative at a very young age. For over 25 years, he has written, painted, illustrated, molded, sung, designed and produced a plethora of remarkable original works spanning several artistic genres. Since becoming Parade's Creative Director in 2005, Jon has continued to develop his unique style both as a designer and producer, skillfully spearheading Parade’s evolution into an expertly run, highly reputable design shop.

As time permits, Jon is also a published and award-winning songwriter and musician; his songs have appeared in numerous film and television productions. Though he left performing some time ago, he has found a captive and appreciative audience in his two young children.

Boston Dell-Vandenberg : Senior Developer

Boston is an experienced web developer, online marketing consultant, entrepreneur and artist. With over eight years working with startups and as a consultant he has a unique skill-set and expertise to effectively direct and build web projects.

Boston also has a diploma in animation, has worked in the video game industry and is an avid artist.

Dan Gallo : Developer

The inner workings of every day objects have attracted Dan from a very young age. As a child, he disassembled toys in order to examine how they function. His fascination with programming began when he became aware that anyone could manipulate a computer to perform whatever task they desire. His interests led him to attain his B.A. in Information Technology at York University, where he also spent time studying Classical, Jazz, and R 'n' B music.

Sandra Ciganic-McKinney : Designer / Illustrator

Sandra enjoys doodling, both with her pen and her mouse; problem solving page layouts; and working out packaging and display design. Her degree is in Industrial Design, but has always gravitated towards graphics, spurring a love between 2 and 3 dimensions.

In her free time she enjoys playing with her little girl and making toys for her and other children.
